  Polo is dead on; he is right Ghana wants instant results that is why we afraid to retire players and we are always shopping around the world for already made players. We don't know how to nurture players and neither do we have the patients to groom a group to play together to mature. Look around the world, France did it and they won, Brazil did it and the won and lately Germany has proven that the method universally works. We need to abandon the false pretext that we are going to win or do well in every competition with our squad so we won't give the youngsters a chance. This is why for 33yrs we haven't won anything. We must start from zero and groom a championship team if we want to win anything. For, we are blessed with many, many youngster we can raise together. Thanks, Polo for bringing this up; you are a man who understand soccer.
