Yes, I agree with you in terms of the leadership qualities Dede possesses; however, it is not his turn yet. Don't let us rush to act upon his qualities to create animosity among the players. Gyan will soon be gone because he is not a stone. Who thought Stephen Appiah was going to hand in the band to Asamoah Gyan that soon. But when the time came, no one asked him to sit.
