Today because of this coach, Hearts is beginning to feel alive again only for a bunch of aimless guys calling themselves management making a stupid decision which i believe is in their own interest not of the team. The guy is American. In America ,you call people by their first names irrespective of who they are or status in society. Whether you are the employee or the employer, everyone has his job cut for him and nobody kisses ass like they do in Ghana. The attitude of people worshipping in Ghana in the name or respect must stop.A boss has to equally respect an employee and acknowledge that both master and servant are equally important. It is this bad attitude of lack recognition that has widen the gab in our development to the extent of almost in existence compared to the West , and the is these sentiments breeds carelessness and unpatriotic breed of people to the detriment of Mother Ghana. Bosses should learn to manage their egos. As we have all seen, ego has ruined it for Hearts.

In my previous comment about coach Kenichi, I said if he has not done anything at all for the club, he has built the stamina of the players up to a respectable level. That is one of the secrets of Japanese players. I'm very sure the Executives of the team will regret this decision they have taken sooner than later. I wish the Club good luck.

Obviously, no one on the Hearts management team has any knowledge or skills of sports management. In case you don't know, there is a field in management called "sports management," which requires extensive skills in public relations with media,coach and technical team,and supporters (both in Ghana and abroad). It does not involve interference with coach, players, etc. It does not involve dictating to coach on how to do his job.

So, what do you mean? Obviously, the management team have failed in their function by bringing in discourse among the Phoobians.

One league season is not enough to judge a coach. There are steps that must be followed before a bad team can get better, become stable and then start winning again. It is called "developmental" stage. You can't start winning without developing a team. Until Ghanaian soccer fans learn that, Ghana soccer will always be groping in the dark.

To me,African leaders,and to be precise,Ghanaian leaders are sick in their head.Arrogance has engulfed them that,when they get power,they want everybody to kotow them.Mention their name without title is a big offense. Our culture in a way has really cause a harm to us rather than good.Even if elderly person is doind g wrong,you don't have to say because he is right. That is why we are retrogressing rather than progression. To,me,Kenichi is the hero for the entire phobia fraternity. He has at least exposed the wrongs in the hearts management that that has created the hatred for him.I know they have lied a lot on the coach just to get the backing of the supporters because Kenichi, was one person fighting with a lot of people with no backing.And Kudos to hearts fans for being smart this time.I don't think they are going to start with Segio too.Because,I keep saying,for whites,they are smart and tough.you can not dictate to them.We are all waiting to see.
