Note: I'm just using Jerry's own criterion to disagree with him.
Yes, the heavyweight title often BELONGED (no more) to Black Americans, but the truth is that the featherweight title has always been more a Mexican prize than any other country's.
I know he is just trying to motivate Dogbe, and that's all good, but FACTUALLY speaking, we're not even close to Mexico in featherweight or super-featherweight boxing lore.
