    NO, HE AINT. SO WHY ARE SO MANY OF U AGAINST WAT HE IS SAYING?......IM PRETTY SURE GH ATHLETES DID WELL AT INTL ATHLETIC COMPETITIONS UNDER NPP GOVT THAN THEY HAVE DONE UNDER NDC GOVT....

    The Government should not send any official from Ghana to lead them, rather use the Embassy staff to lead them. That will save some money.
