I think the Hearts management and board should be proactive and settle any difference with the coach ,if any.Those anti media of Accra hearts of oaks have seen this holes and trying as they can to fustrate the coach just to quit the team because, they have seen he is a good coach and want something better for the team.What management should know that,yes they are the employers and the employee must have their say.Kenichi is not a local coach who sees wrong and keep mute until he has shown the exit.He can not be tamed and that is what the management should know.Any principled person is classified as bad person but they are rather good people.That is the problem of we the blacks.We are not principled that is why we don't manage effectively.This is food for thought.Should they fustrate this coach and he leaves,they will regret and because, the supporters will not forgive them.Look at the number of people that are Troup in stadium to watch hearts matches of late?This management shouldn't dare to make that mistake as they did in Duncan era.The supporters are tired of their flimsy excuses of sacking coaches .They must right.
