  if u are so stupid u dont know ur left n right. why cant the sports minister go to south africa n learn wat they do there in maintaining their stadiums. then come to gh, write a blueprint n use that to replicate those same results in gh? if ppl dont do their jobs, u fire them. u can even bring in a boss from south africa to manage these stadiums n report to the sports minister. u hve so many avenues to redeem urselves so wat excuse can u give for this picture im seeing here? .....if anyone wants to risk their lives bcos of blackman's negligence. then go ahead

  Has the stadium management never heard of paint? The stadium is close to the sea and steel will rust if not looked after. Maintenance again and again.

This is the problem we have in Africa: People who see their offices as their properties - another Mobutu or Abacha!
