  Coach Grant has no respect or love for Ghana. His actions and absences so far prove that. The sad thing is our leaders seem to be in denial - sacrificing National pride, interest, and fortunes in the process.

  Yes, I think the US want that guy, I have the opportunity to see him played in their home game in Yankee stadium, the boy is good in his decision making when it comes to ball movements.

  Why does a professional player need to see a national team coach watching him to be inspired? If football is your job then you must have ambitions and role models, which has nothing to do with knowing a coach is watching you play. Let's say the coach monitors and select only foreign based players. That shouldn't kill the Black Stars ambition of local players. It means that only the determined local players will make it because the path has become longer. The local player label is only temporary because the world is recruiting good players from Ghana and that isn't news to the players. Frankly, I think a player should improve himself with the main purpose of making money and then worry about making a name later. Money in football is outside of Ghana and that is obvious to Ghanaian players so what other motivation does a player need?

  As a HR professional, when you hire a person the first thing you do is to provide him or her their job descriptions and if the person don't follow that instructions or procedures you sack them. The Sport minister should stop that stupid praises because Avram Grant is just taking advantage of Ghana. Moreover, our football authorities' don't know their responsibility that why our league is in declined. It his responsibility to monitor the local league and those in charge of him should not kiss his sorry ass before he does it, if I was in charge I will withheld his paycheck anytime he steps out of bounds.
