A car to a coach is good but it is just a little motivation. You need to first of all assemble a team of good players, give them and their technical team including the coach, regular pay and other essential facilities such as a car. This must be done professionally with proper contracts. Initially, it will be a drain on the financier but in the long run, it will be rewarding because if just one of your players succeed in joining top class European soccer, there will be so much to gain. I also blame the writer of the article who did not ascribe any specific reasons as to why Nduom bought such an expensive vehicle for his 1st Division coach when most coaches at that level in this country take tro-tro. Whatever the case Im sure this vehicle will strongly motivate the coach to perform wonders and raise the standard of football in this country.
