Why can't that be replicated in ghana for all the govt stadias? Accra sports stadium don't have tartan tracks. Why? This is a sports stadium, not a soccer stadium

  There is a need for privatized consortium to take care of all the football pitches in the Ghana Premier League - see to it that all the stadiums meet agreed upon standards:

  There is a need for privatized consortium to take care of all the football pitches in the Ghana Premier League - see to it that all the stadiums meet agreed upon standards:
  Green pitches, clean environment, first-aid stations, clean restrooms, vending stations & foodmarts,
  Should not be run by gfa, but by the private consortium, who will see to the management of the stadiums.

  Green grass ? Conditions for growth: soil, sun & water. The first two are there already. All we need to do is add water to the grass & we cannot do this all year round? What a nation of jokers!!!!
