What Addo was supposed to do, was just to debunk Polo's allegation. What vagaries or fluctuations of coaching job are you are writing about? The word "destroy" is relative this sense and Mourinho also wouldn't be happy with Addo's negative comments.

As a matter of fact, Herbert Addo was very economical and diplomatic with his description of Polo. If Herbert Addo is a "beggar", the Polo is equally "Mad". Period!
  Polo is supersonically falling from "Grace to Grass." I used to be one of his fans in the 70s but he appears to be losing the respect l have for him, due to his recent vindictive utterances.
