I presumed at once, that it was one of these mini drones, mini helicopters you see fathers and their young son's flying in your local park) any way
I asked him to wait at the front door where he was while I got to the back to check what it was; got there and there was nothing of that sort (plane toy, drone , nothing. When I got back to the front, they had gone.

If these projects ever make it to parliament or the president they are normally half baked very flawed or contaminated as the monies that should have been invested in the project development were spent buying favor or bribing ndc foot-soldiers , bureaucrats , technocrats etc into compliance. Now pepeni realizes he has less than 2 months to actual start something spectacular that if it doesn't win him the elections at least secure him a sizable strong opposition. If there in no success story then NDC will be rejected en mass by the people and fall to 10% of support which will mean that party will never again be entrusted with the helm of government.

There was near pandemonium and confusion at the Annual Global African Investment Forum held in Westminster, Central London after a heated exchange between Ghana’s President John Mahama and former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo degenerated into open insults.This was due to General Obasanjo openly accusing the Ghanaian president and his government of blackmailing and collecting bribes from Nigerian businessmen in Ghana, buying numerous properties in Nigeria and South Africa and financially contributing 12 million dollars to Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign last year. This infuriated President Mahama who lost his temper and pointing his finger, called General Obasanjo an ” idiot” and a “silly buffoon”.It took other ministers present as well as Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni to calm tempers and usher President Mahama to a nearby room. The forum, which takes place from 1st to 3rd December is attended by African Heads of States Ministers, Private equity firms and investors to discuss opportunities for investment and development in African Economies.

It is very simple to develop the people to take charge in managing their own affairs; people must be encouraged to use their minds effectively and positively. Most black people are so corrupt and greedy to point of selling their conscience for bread to betray their own. Many of our own go round the world misinforming our development partners from given us assistance or delay the processes that will enhance our development. Yet will come and spill bitterness about life in the country.

The have just one myopic ambition; to have access to power to enrich themselves and not the welfare of the masses. They see political ambition as an act of war by only dwelling on agitations other than providing solutions. Their plan is to manipulate the system to get them access. They always rush to speak on issue before analysing, very shallow and unintelligent, they prefer to be called names that sound intimidating however they are the most cowardice.

Such non entities vociferous traitors are in the country trying very hard every morning to make their voices heard to prove to their partners that they are doing well. However if you analyse them carefully, you will begin to ask questions.

What have they done for their community?
What are their personal achievements?
Where is their source of income?
Who pays their monthly wages and living allowance?
What transformation have they brought to their immediate community?

Be a true citizen and make careful choices, do not follow the masses when you can make a difference. It is not how much words you can put out or the grammar you can spew but the sense you can make. It is very true empty barrels make the most noise !!!

Let this group tell us what their idol Akufo-Addo would have done in this case. Are they suggesting that under Akufo-Addo the NPP would have cared in anyway to seek the permission of the Parliament or the Electorate before admitting these freed detainees, or it would have not admitted them at all? I seriously doubt that.

This is one of the areas where the Opposition ought to be more pragmatic and honest about the best thing to do for the Nation, and not just trying to score political points by whipping fear into the Public.

We all know that Akufo-Addo's propensity to please the West and become its darling leading Politician in Ghana would have driven him to accept even more of the detainees and kept the details of their admission into the country very quiet, or away from the Public.

The fear of the detainees as potential threat to Ghana's security has been deliberately hyped to put pressure on the Government to change its mind. But that change of mind should not and cannot occur.

But more importantly, the detainees do not pose anywhere as close a threat to Ghana as NPP UK and others have tried to make it to be.

And this, surely, is not anything the Foreign Minister has to resign for. The Opposition must find something more concerning to use against the incumbent, and not this.

We are at a crossroad indeed. John Mahama only talks but when it comes to taking intelligent decisions, He is highly incompetent. I am ashamed to call him president.
