  Lol. The deal to sponsor the league is a subordinated obligation one they can get out of in court especially if they are in restructuring. Restructuring does not mean bankrupt or insolvent. Additionally, take a look at the insolvency act 2006 and you'll realise if they do file for court protection while restructuring their affairs the ranking of the league sponsorship will be very close to the bottom.
  
  Case in point check out AIG's sponsorship of Manchester United or Lehman Brothers' obligations to a number of charities and foundations. In restructuring court, all of those went to the bottom of the list in priority.
