Stephen Appiah could have won the last AFCON as head coach because Ghanaians understands themselves better. It's not a matter of high level coaching, it's a matter of communication,training and adoption.

, but here in Ghana we condemn everything because we lack believe, which brings failure. We are pessimistic people. The lesser achievers. Let change our attitudeso we can grow. Too many square legs in round holes. ... we don't seem to know our calling.we all have strength, talents etc, just go for what your talents and strength are, and excel.

Besides if this is his first seminar you will expect him to use that to build a working relationship with the coaches from the start,that is just commonsense.but i have argued similar and i am with ghfuo on this one, we can do with a coaching school of excellence
where we can begin working on having a style of football common to all or most clubs. Leave grant alone as whatever he does dont seem to please arhinful's ilk

How did he even impact as a player? Was he striker? Because I cannot remember any vital goal he did score. Did he score any goals during his counted appearance with BS?
