Honourable Minister you are now working. The Black Stars belongs to the State and money accruing to the team must go to the state.Better still investigate the FA and let them refund the money they shared as EX GRATIA.

it must not be a proposal but directives to comply, GFA is not autonomous , it is under the sports ministry by our constitution.
The lack of transparency when it comes to the management of the national teams must be a worried to every taxpayer in the country.
if your directives are arrogantly not comply in the first phase , your outfit must deregulate the management of the national teams and tax them .
it is becoming more irritating , that when it comes to huge funding ,GFA blackmail the government, when it comes to transparency, accountability and profit making , then Kwasi nyantakyi upbeat his chest to sideline the government so that they ( gfa) can co-efficient the rest of the money to put the nation always at the loosing corner .
if not at all the government must appoint management team outside the GFA to handle all the national teams , that alone can institute transparency and redeem the collapse image to rekindle the passion for the national teams.
The constitution had put government in place to over see everything in the country , so if something is falling to a degree of collapse by one person it is the duty of the government to put measures in place to bring it back on track

No Government want to be the one that got Ghana ban by Fifa.
Fifa's Thierry Regenass said this "However, we are not against governments, nor do we encourage our member associations to work in opposition of their governments. On the contrary - we constantly try to establish a good atmosphere and co-operation with governments".
Until we the people of Ghana are prepared to undergo a Fifa ban to get the right thing done.

It is funny that the minister will come out with an idea only after he has been rejected as MP by his constituency. He should be busy packing up his bags.
