  What kind of nonsense is this coming from a coach. This is a World Cup Qualifier game not some friendlier match you can just sit him. If he is not fit than sit him, but don't come with some bullshit excuse that because of the pitch. Granted artificial turf is not the same as natural fields, but it's not that bad as we play on it all the time here in the states. We need the 3 points and we need all our top players, so no excuse from you coach grant. Tired of these GFA nonsense...The only way gyan should sit is if he is not fully fit.

  So now asamoah Gyan choses which pitch to play on. And a coach is allowing that crap. Will he take his appearance fee? Are there some players in the team who have specialized in playing on artificial turfs?
