  Hayford and Tanko should take Local Black Stars, or one should take LBS and the other, Satellites. Get rid of Borbor.

  Tanko should take an official coaching course to qualify as a certified Coach. As it is now he is only a "water carrier" for Coach Finke. He is called a coach because Coach Finke has taken him as his assistant, it means without Coach Finke, he is not a recognize and qualified coach and would not be employed anywhere where paper and proper coaching certificate or Diploma is required! The GFA and most FAs know this fact! Even in Ghana now it is in the GFA statutes and regulation that to coach a registered team , one needs at least the CFA Coaching certificate! No doubt Tanko can easily make the required coaching badges, but for now NO CERTIFICATE, NO JOB!!! ALTHOUGH HE HAS ENORMOUS COACHING PRACTICE AND EXPERIENCE; STILL NO CERTIFICATE NO JOB!!! It would only take him a couple of weeks seminar to make the necessary coaching certificate, why is he delaying?!!!
