It is sort of sad when a critical qualifier was not on TV, internet or radio and then the reporting on the game comes out hours later...If Ghana is a soccer nation much better can be done.

Even in the days when we had only 3 Government-owned radio stations (GBC, GBC2 and External Service), plus just 1 TV station (GBC-TV), and 100% of our players were domestic, we did have at least radio commentary on qualifiers; it was a huge deal for GBC to bring us the games, and we all took it for granted that games would be shown and /or heard. .
So what happened since?

My take on these games is that we should always have notice about time, place and broadcast of these games. It appears that most people had no idea where to find this game. There seems to a pattern of big games coming on with no information on how to watch or listen to the game. In addition dates and times can change from write up to write up. GFA really needs to get on top of this.

The Ivorians came to Ghana and scored the first goal before Fameyeh almost single handedly rescued us.If you watched the match you could see that the spirited Ivorian came to play while the timid Ghanaian players couldn't even maintain eye contact with the opponents during the introductions. If they take the same attitude to Ivory Coast they will be soundly defeated. They must understand that all the Ivorian need is a single unanswered goal to eliminate us.

We beat them 2-1 at home and we are happy. Why did they score the first goal. You will go to Abidjan and you will see if you can come back from a goal down. Nonsense.

U couldn't beat Ivory Coast by 2 or 3 goals and you are gloating like a pregnant pig. U better prepare to play counter attack 442 in the return and use the wings. Otherwise, caput!
