  Winning the league is a commendable effort but let's face it, the champions of the 2014/15 Ghana league did not put up a distinguished performance at all. For th champions to get just 52 points out of the a total of 90 points (ie 58%), is a poor performance. Look, the difference between the champions, ie, Ashgold, and two of the relegated teams, Oly and Lions, is only 12 points and even on the day Ashgold was beng crowned champions they were defeated by a relegated team (Only) who played so poorly on the day. Apart from BA United, it is difficult to differentiate between all the other 15 teams.
  If Ashgold does not overhaul their unimpressive team, they will not make any mark in the 2016 champions league. They should therefore not glory too much.
