The accusation of hoarding talents should be taken seriously because it is akin to speculative trading, in which JM and Chelsea buys the unsuspecting talent with no intention of using that talent for themselves, but with the sole purpose of adding a little value to it (by attaching the Chelsea tag to it), and then turn around and start loaning them to unsuspecting bidders to pay for keeping those talents in the Chelsea warehouse. Do the "borrower" pays the player's salary and takes care of his medical insurance and things like that, and also pay Chelsea a fee for the loan? If that is the case, then it is not a good practice and must be stopped.

Atsu, like I said a few weeks ago, needs to sit up and trained harder. His team just came up from the Championship and if he can't dislodge any of the players to start, then he's really poor and Ghana should also stop using him, that will make him work harder. If he was in one of the mid-table teams and can't get a chance like at Everton, then find but at poor Bournemouth, I'm sorry, he's not working hard enough.
