kwesi appiah could have made a strong case but getting into the world cup he picked up an axe to grind with essien & kevin right from preparatory matches just because the 2 did not come for the local training.

The coach must be very innovative be technically an ace, because most of the players play abroad and have superb training facilities and personell at hand! To gain their respect, you have to show that your standard is at least comperable to that of their club coaches other than that they will laugh at you whenever you turn your back to them! Black Star coaching job is not easy at all, Mr Sarpong!!!
