Kotoko risk of becoming the retirement home of comfort for players if action is not taken immediately.Everyone knows of the very generous salary and benifit provided to our players for their services, what is missing is the other side of the equation.The players have realized that there is no stringent penalty for failure and poor performance.So they work very hard in their previous clubs to attract a good signing package from Kotoko which doesn't include penalties for poor performance then they start slacking off once they are signed.This is a learning curve which must reflect in all future contracts.If a high paying striker is not scoring goals or contributing to score goals he must be benched and a replacement take his place as well as excluded from any bonuses. The ball is squarely on the players and coaches court.

Also, some of the players you recruited for 10percent are not good. You need to go to the poly and universities, shs to recruit players. Don't recruitment dumb players who can't even follow instructions and game plan on a piece of paper. You recruited illiterate players. No sense
