As you rightly put it, our society's moral fiber has been corrupted by a need for economic security. As my mother made clear to me while growing, "success attracts women, so study hard in school in order to ensure long term success in your endeavor. In the end women want men to take the heat, despite all their noise about equality".

These girls are doing what comes naturally in a system where excruciating poverty appears everywhere. They will latch unto any successful man- young or old, regardless of where, when and how they got their wealth. Experience, especially bad ones shape one's thinking. Do you seriously expect a person who grew up in poverty, scratched their way into the University, not to deal with rich people who can move them further away from poverty ? I hope your answer is no.I am not here to judge Afriyie Acquah's wife, but for a girl who was married to a very rich person- Ken Agyapong, it is safe to say she is accustomed to luxury and will draw close to whoever is willing to sponsor such desires. How else could she be attracted to a boy/man several years her age ?

The treachery has been moved to a more sophisticated level, where together with their "legal" advisers, these girls can "throw" a wrench in your footballing career.
