City has the money to buy and loan out and when you prove your worth you are brought back to your mother club.Christian Atsu could not impress at Everton and might not come back.Both Abedi and the son Dede were loaned out during their stint at Marseille and were recalled. At one time, Abedi led his team to beat Marseille just as Jordan did recently! I doubt however if Jordan will be recalled.
