Nowhere in the world is public fund used to transport football supporters to an event except in Ghana. Ghanaians with their lazy attitude want everything for free hense, the multiplicity of supporters clubs just intended to avail themselves of free government largees. Ghanaians are a differend breed of human beings who always crave for everything done for them for free otherwise, why should Ghana contend with over 50 groups of supporters clubs. In nearby Nigeria with a population of close to 200 million population, has only one and united football supporters union. Its a shame Ghanaians are so lazy minded and layback people who want everything for free.

True, true. But it's alway heart warming to see our supporters cheering the team on in foreign lands. They need to go the private sponsorship route for funding.

This is a very good call from the governement. The government is not responsible for everything in this country. I just hope no opposition party undo these reforms when they come to power.

It is not prudent no country does this. The supporters Union need to find a way how to fund their travels. I just hope that no opposing party comes to power to reverse these reforms just appease these lazy and ignorant voters. Ghana is poor not only because govt is incompetent but also because the people are collectively lazy and ignorant

When I was growing up and regularly watching matches each and every Sunday at the Accra sports stadium, I did not expect the team I rooted for to pay my ticket to cheer them on, be it my beloved Hearts or the Black Stars. Why should a country pay to transport, accommodate, feed and be responsible for tickets of its nationals to watch and cheer their own national teams? This stupidity must be nipped in the bud. For Christ's sake lets get some honest people to administer our sports and say no more to these criminal brigade. The country belongs to all of us,
