i have maintained that these two gentlemen could only coach old men at boys tournaments to achieve success. when senior teams were given to oti & adday either at club or national team level, they were soo overwhelmed such that they decided to do consultancy or office work and ever since they have ensured only non-tactical coaches are given priority. maxwell konadu just fumbled serious with a senior team in a not too competitive tournament and instead of firing him, he is back under the shelter of coach avram Grant. why will kwesi nyantakyi keep avoiding ex footballers with pedigree turned coaches such ku ku dadzie, isaac paha, ck akunor, mohammed gago or achieving coaches such herbert addo?

Why do you keep raising balls when playing taller people? You get your boys lazy and unwilling to fight for balls.

All above not withstanding, we need to give him ultimatum to develop the boys, prime them to fight harder for the AFCON and win the cup. Otherwise he should go.

Every team Tetteh builds is different in terms of talent every 4 years. the 2009, 2013 teams were loaded with talent. Honestly I didn't see the same level of talent consistently with this team, but they managed to beat Argentina. Did the Argentinians fire their coach? The USA bombed in 2013, did they fire Tab Ramos? NO! He's still coaching, and they beat Colombia to get into the quarter finals. Ghana's football association is a joke! I hope this story isn't, but if it is, how shameful! Sellas has done so much for Ghanaian youth football, and now were throwing him out because he couldn't defeat and GOOD Mali team. My two cents. Disappointing.

Let another coach handle our team. Coach Tetteh was clueless in the two games Ghana played against Panama and Mali. Because, the same problem booted us out of the tournament. Poor possessions and free give away possessions to the opponents. Ghana could not control the ball for a period of ten seconds without losing possession. Another problem was that, our players were too faraway from team mates when they have the ball. All through out the game, it looked like the Panamanians or the Malians outnumbered our players. All these the coach could not figure out a solution to stop the bleeding. May be he feels he has been there for too long to think he would not make mistakes. Also or may be he feels coaching the under 20 team has monopolized for him, and that no coach would take over from him in no circumstances.
