    I want to see results on local athletes who are talents in the country. There are local athletes who are better and there's no reports on them.

    Roland Attoh-Okine WHO? And He ran 14.85?? Please Sammy Heywood save yourself some breath. Athletics is measured by time. I don't really know what the deal with this guys is, but but he is not even Ghana class.

    thats the key to winning. work on your elevation over the hurdes. if you have smooth elevation and a good start. u are already there....
