This is what most coaches including Akwasi appiah failed to.do. He must show all gbstar players TOUGH LOVE if he wants to succeed with gbstars.
Secondly, this team has no ENFORCERS to protect key players like Dede,.Yiadom from other players who want to injure them. You look at the team and you don't see any "kpey"layers like John Mensah, armah senegal, sumaila, muntari, the generall of kotoko fame,.etc.... So opposing teams have more fear of gbstars. Look at how mali and senegal were playing buga bugaboot with yiadom, dede, and boye? When gyimah came in, he was able to neutrality all the malians offense. This team should call adusei. I expect Grant and Konadu to show tough love, invite at least 5 local players for each gbstar game and recruit some "kpey" or enforce players.

Every goal-keeper in the world has some strong and weak points in his or her game. It is the duty of the team coach, the technical director, the video analyst and the goal-keeper to identify these faults, if any, and fix them during training drills and during games.
The Blue-Whites Hertha Berlin must have in their collection, the videos of Dauda's performances in the Brazil World Cup and the AFCON matches. They must have had the confidence that Dauda's flaws can be fixed. That is why they want to sign him.
The Germans must fix Dauda's recklessness in palming or parring the shots waywardly onto the boots of on-rushing opponent attackers such as Ronaldo; failing to secure the correct goalmouth position during corner kicks; choosing the wrong diving directions during penalty kicks. If Hertha can successfully fix these problems, then Dauda's stock will rise again as he will triumphantly return to man the goalposts for the famous Black Stars as a reincarnation of Robert Mensah or Dodoo Ankrah or Anue Cofie the Black Cat.
The Germans could also take Dauda as he is with all his flaws and use the Hertha players to to cover-up his mistakes by marshalling the goal-mouth and clearing his juicy rebounds and prevent the opponents from capitalizing on Dauda's mistakes. This solution will not be an advantage to Dauda nor make him valuable to the Black Stars.

We know he made some silly mistake with Portugal by allowing Ronaldo a cheap goal but at the same time, he saved one of his deadly balls which was among best saved goals at the world cup.
