  His academy nonsense hasn't produced any player who close to being above average. Our own old colts system produced the likes of Stephen appiah, abedi, odartey, tony yeboah, essien, muntari, Kingston, Sammy kuffour, polo, Adolfo Armah, just to name a few. These days all we have midgets with very low football IQ struggling to get playing time in lowly European leagues etc. players from our old colts system featured for PSv, Ajax, Roma, juventus, inter Milan, Chelsea, Marseille, bayern Munich, Dortmund, feyenoord, etc. these newer generation from this academy system are languishing in Finland, Sweden, usa MLS, Congo, Norway,
