  Technically, kotoko is not a aperty to the issue for which they are seeking savtuary on their protest.
  Be it as it may, even if kotoko argues that they are part of the GFA and hence can seek its interest they will still fail ...

  Technically, kotoko is not a aperty to the issue for which they are seeking savtuary on their protest.
  Be it as it may, even if kotoko argues that they are part of the GFA and hence can seek its interest they will still fail as the spirit of law or regulation will always look at the anachy that will arise if any member of the GFA seek to enforce its regukations.
  In effect their protest was dead on arrival.
  The fine was a sure way of avoiding such frivuous cases in the future.
