  IT IS NOT A BAD IDEA BUT HAVE THEY THOUGHT OF CROWD CONTROL.MANY PEOLE WILL RUSH TO THE STADIUM AND WILL FORCE TO GET IN EVEN IF THE STADIUM IS FULL.
  THIS CAN KILL A LOT OF PEOPLE.IT HAS HAPPENED IN MANY PLACES BEFORE.
