In Ghana, the entire population is comprises of soccer 'coaches.' Everyone in Ghana is a soccer analyst, especially the individuals working for the media.
Coaches of our national teams are criticized without, suggestions when they lose games...
All soccer coaches in Ghana has to develop the spirit of tolerance and boldness to tolerate criticisms and chastisements, whenever they fall short of the football populace's expectations
