  For the president Mahama to come out and lie to Ghanaians is the big deal . Why did he said it was GNPC was the one giving the 25,000 dollars to the players? Well i sometimes understand this Mahama bcos he already said Ghanaians forget too fast so he knows the thinking level of most people in Ghana . The minister promise the players 90,000 dollars if they win the cup and that was what happen at the castle when you put all the money paid to the players together but most Ghanaians forget what the sports minister Ayariga said before the competition .President Mahama is playing with the people thinking level .Sad thing here is the NDC supporters dont see any thing wrong . This is what we call divide and rule . Most Ghanaians dont understand what democracy is period thats why there is no even common clean water to drink and dumsor will for ever continues bcos of our thinking level or political blindness.

  These Northners led by Jon Mahama are out to rape Ghana because as far they are concerned they have been denied the nationl cake ; this untrue because the the amounts of resources poured into the northern region since Nkrumah's time you cannt beieve ; the fact of the matter is that most of these northners are just thieves by nature and liars and wicked people ; who are not there to help in any Ghana governance ; besides Jon Mahama today do not give a HOOT ; the man has already stolen and mde his money ; he is ready to resign tomorrow ; Jon Maham do not CARE about Ghanaian; the guy is got over 10 children who is going to look after them if he does not steal from Ghanaians .

Old habits die hard.Corruption is so woven into the national psyche,from the Executive to the Judiciary to the Ministries;Until you guys change your mentality of corruption this nation will be at a standstill and dumsor will be your lot,unlike the U.S.

  What I think we should do is to question performance of institutions in the issues at stake.
  
  We have the GNPC, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the GFA, the Commission, the Presidency.
  
  What roles are these various institutions supposed to play in ensuring efficiency in the use of public funds.
  
  Does the GNPC by their statute and board have the power to pay bonus and sponsor supporters.
  
  What is the role of the Presidency as representative sole shareholder in the decision making.
  
  What is the role of Ministry of Youth and Sports in relation to GNPC.
  
  What are the implication of these decisions on the World Cup Commission report.
  
  When interrogate these issues then we will build the institutions that will ensure performance and accountability. I urge you to consider these matters.
