Around June 18 2010 in the FIFA WC 2010 match involving USA and Slovenia he made a bizarre call after the USA scored a goal that some people thought was a genuine winning goal.

He blew the whistle after the goal that was scored in a goalmouth melee. Some thought the call was for a foul committed by a USA player and some thought it was an offside call against Donovan. Meanwhile Coulibaly kept his mouth shut as a zombie when the USA players rushed on him . In particular,Coulibaly had no comments for the world press reporters and the outraged USA soccer fans. Later on the next day or two, FIFA banned him from refereeing any more matches at the WC 2010. When pressed hard to give reasons for over-ruling the winning goal, he said the call was against the Slovenian player for fouling the USA player called Edu.

Since 2010 he has been rehabilitated and the FIFA ban on him has been lifted.

If they cannot dribble into the Algerian goalmouth, they should send accurate spin-controlled thunderbolt shots towards their goal area. Wakasso and Accam have the ability to do this.

Grant, the son of Yahweh should ask for special prayer for the Black Stars by the Temple of Solomon. That might work. He should remind Yahweh about how He helped Jehoshaphat in that war; gave victory to Elijah in the contest with the priests of Baal; took sides with Aaron and Moses in the greatest magic contest of all time in the palace of the pharaoh in 1200 BCE. The Black Stars need that kind of Divine help now.
