  He can manage a club but not a National team like the black stars. He lacks tatics and confidence, which makes him looks like a spectator on the pitch. He should have done better than all the white coaches he assisted, cos he knows most of the ghanaian players better. He is a silent egoestic coach! His aim of creating his own team without the senior players brought his down fall, Olele and John mensah could have done better at the world cup and command respect at the camp. Germany close is old but they send him there because of experience.
