Instead of an apology, have Muntari and KPB simply sign a legal agreement on conflict resolution:
That all grievances will be channeled through the Captain to the Coach and the GFA, and that also the players commit themselves to peaceful methods of resolving grievances, in respect of which, should they go against the agreement, they would be dismissed from the team. AMEN! That's it. Everybody is satisfied and no egos are bruised on either side.

Providing the Stars with mature and competent leadership could induce confidence and respect and thus mitigate the friction between players and management. Temperamental people like Muntari are likely to be found in any human group and we must have in place skillful officials who can manage them and their creative talents. After all, how are Muntari and Essien doing at AC Milan, discipline-wise?

And in this case, the right thing is to show remorse and apologize to the persons you offended. So Senior brother, firmness is required to let some people know that Ghana is bigger than any footballer. You were a big star in your days but you have had to move on with your life after football. Ghana is still there for current and future stars to serve. No one is bigger than Ghana. And after retiring from playing football you may still need Ghana.

You are right, in terms of asking Muntari to apologize first. Now allow me to ask you these questions.

1. How long has this ripping off BS players on their bonuses been going on? Mass, we have heard enough about officials taking their girls to tournaments leaving talents behind. These talents, even if couldn't make the final 23, could have been taken to tournaments just to practice with the selected crew for future experience. Instead, officials and their girlfriends, who have no business in tournaments would be taken to these tournaments. How long such things have been going on? Can you respond to that? I thought as much.

2. If this Muntari's incident didn't occur, will the truth has come out? Something drastic has to occur before a deep could be uncovered. We should appreciate both good and bad that comes our way for both are used as stepping stones to climb the next heddle of life.

3. If Rev Osei Kofi asked Muntari to apologize to GFA and the country, will the GFA executives apologize to the country concerning the government money they squandered? If the did not, as it has always being the case, can we do anything to them?

4. Why can't we suspend Nyantekyi and his executive members for failing the country in how they executed their implementation? Has anyone of the parliament asked the GFA to apologize? Why? Is it for the fact that the GFA is under FIFA? Good, since GFA is under FIFA so is Muntari, who us under the Ghana Government.

You know, it is better for the country to request an apology from its citizen but not the GFA because the GFA itself isn't acting appropriately. To me, if Muntari renders an apology, I expect GFA to follow suit, to do the same. Therefore, since GFA is covering it's behind, I suggest we leave the players alone to play their part in the nation's assignment.

In Ghana, when an elderly person does something wrong, we don't expect an apology. However, as soon as a young one does something wrong then we are all over that person. We are making a very big mistake of isolating those who can help us move forward. Sulley at the moment of his profession, doesn't NEED our country to land a lucrative contract. This is the time the country needs to use him to gain. In other words, suspending him now wouldn't harm him in anyway. Rather, it will harm the country.

Think about it. This is my say, in all things, get wisdom, get understanding.

Although I do not like their reaction they told the truth; and the evidence is what is now in the public domain through the commission of inquiry into the failed World Cup. The leader who took the boys to Brazil were dishonest causing canna in. Loss to the nation. The sad thing about it is that instead of Mahama firing them, he sent one to Kumasi and the other to Jubilww house and the rest only God knows what will happen to them. Some of them were paid for doing nothing and tickets were bought for girl friends to go to Brazil at the expense of the nation. If these boys were furios they are justified because those who toiled should be given the money not those who just went there on vacation. So I agree with Rev. Osei Kofi that Muntari should be recalled.

Muntari, though a very good player, should be held accountable for his actions. Players should not misbehave and given slaps on the wrist because they happen to extremely good players. A few unruly players can poison the well if allowed to carry on with their indiscipline. Ghana should stick to its rules governing the conduct of its players if has any intention of ensuring discipline within the ranks of its players. No player should be above the rules laid out for all to follow.
