  1..Let Konadu resume duties as coach, Sellas Tetteh and dramani as deputy coaches for the afcon tournament. Let each coach produce their best 23 players on merit and why they chose them. Please, no bribe or favoritism. Ghana will be the only nation at afcon without an active league. Ghana won all 4 precious afcon trophies with local players. Keshi won afcon with mostly unheralded local players. Same with 3peat egypt! Libya won chan with local players. Ghana has proven time again that we can't win afcon trophy with foreign based players. So if we have no local league or players. Who will play at afcon? Foreign based players again? Muahahahaaaaaaaaa! 3b3y3 ogya!
  2. Konadu, Tetteh, didi dramani and grant must assemble the best 23 local players in the premiership. Let them play friendlies with local clubs in ghana, other african clubs in these 2 mths before the afcon. We need to groom and condition these local players for afcon. The coaches will then select 6-10 local players and add them to the final afcon squad!
  3. Let Grant serve as TD for the team. This is the best option to ensuring Ghana's chances of winning the trophy and making the right selections/squad for the tournament. No coach can win a major tournament with barely 2months to go. Grant does not know anything about Ghana soccer...........the same a way a whiteman needs a Ghanaian counterpart when he/she comes to Ghana to do business.

I heard Nyantakyi wanted to eliminate that cut thus his rush in resigning Appiah but the powers that be threatened to fire his ass so he had no choice than to fire Appiah and hire a white so that they can get their cut period.I Geuss Ayeriga will be a very happy guy after appiah was fired. Na Waoo.

Am sure he has ideas how he can hit the job running straight away.Yes we wanted a top notch coach so let him get on with the job. De Matteo took over in the middle of a campaign and he ended up with the glory of winning for chelsea their only champions league trophy.

In this country people don't look at the interest of the country but their parochial interest. If Sam Johnson knew anything about coaching he should have been the coach of Hearts now. There is no doubt Konadu is using all these people to put pressure so as to be given the job, so that they can share the booty. If he wants a job like that he should go and learn modern International standard coaching which I don't believe he can ever know. How can we sack Appiah and replace him with Konadu?

At least Konadu has been with them throughout the play-offs and has now gathered his mistakes. Why should Grant take over and take the blame if we lose? I think Konadu should rather take the blame or credit, whichever way it goes. Grant should have a much cleaner slate to begin his contract with. He can however be a Technical adviser to the coach during the tournament.
