What does the writer mean by plan in place to monitor players. Does he mean we set up a secretariat or what? All players are responsible for their development and choices. The national team is a reward for your hard work.

Is it not this very Kwarasey we saw in the friendly against Brazil in London? The almighty Ronaldinho and the entire Brazilian team were in utter disbelief with his performance and so was the entire Ghana. The question is what happened to him afterwards in BS jersey. The technical team is largely to blame. Can you imagine what unfair discrimination, nepotism does to a goal keepers morale? The Technical Team killed his morale and confidence in the way they treated him. If we want to see Adam in his best, we need a total change in the technical team. That Mugu Nasam...what is his CV?

maxwell konadu, saban quaye and nasamu yakubu should be replaced with the likes of kim grant, kuku dadzie, isaac paha, joseph carr/simon addo. if mawell didn't make a fine assistant under kwesi appiah how could he be a fine assistant under avram grant? what pedigree has konadu got as an ex footballer? tell me which nations cup tournament did he participate in. tell me which nations cup tournament did saban & nasamu participate in. yes retain professor mintah.
afful should be replaced with yaw owusu. afful is problematic but not obvious. yaw owusu is more skillful, more ingenious.
lastly tell me which senior team has oti akenteng ever handled to success to achieve success both at club or national team level? assisted sam adday to use overaged players to win under 17 world cup? you this writer you have always been making vile publicity ofr afful & maxwell - be careful.

Salinsa you just mentioned some archaic names to take over the Black Stars. Whereas others including the playing body think Maxwell should take over you do not even Qualify him for the # 2 spot. Himmm!!!!!! anyway comment is free. I don,t believe in this Konadu is Nyantakyi,s BOY theory. At least since Coach Maxwell was invited to the Black Stars after his successes at Wa All Stars and Kotoko where he won the LEAGUE; Konadu Qualified the Satellites to the world cup in Turkey before the team was handed over to coach Tetteh because Konadu had to assist coach Appiah with the final World Cup Qualification matches. Konadu also WON the WAFU CUP for Ghana. He reached the finals during the most recent CHAN Tournament in South Africa, and he just Qualified the Black Stars for the African Cup to be held in Equatorial Guinea. So SALINSA I Don,t THINK Konadu,s choice as the assistant to coach Grant will be out of place .He has justified himself so far as compared to the other coaches you proposed.I agree with those who suggested that Ghanaian coaches should be sent for real coaching courses abroad. I hear Konadu has been to Germany twice for real coaching lessons. Can,t confirm, he still needs to be sent abroad to gain more experience. The greater part of the problem with Ghana soccer is the power struggle between Nyantakyi and Randy Abbey togather with Fred PAPPOE. The two have ganged up to overthrow Nyantakyi due to personal scores they have with him. It doesn,t have anything to do with the black stars but due to show of POWER. Randy and Pappoe want Nyantakyi out because their party is in power. i,m not a fan of Nyantakyi nor an NPP Member but i think that impasse should be resolved or else they should all be replaced. Our players too have been over hyped and that is from our Journalist who have over rated our players thus creating too much expectation from the fans. Yes we need to take our time and rebuild the Black Stars.

Well said but i think some some players were left out a player like Mutari must be recalled into the team. If we are serious of winning the
cup then i think some of the senior players must be called back

IF WE STILL HAVE THE LIKES OF KUUKU DZADZIE, ISAAC PAHA, POLO, RAZAK, DAN OWUSU, TO MENTION A FEW, AROUND THEN THE GFA SHOULD INVOLVE THEM IN THE PREPARATION OF OUR PLAYERS. WE CAN'T FORGET THE EXPLOITS OF KUUKU AND PAHA AS CENTRAL DEFENDERS, NOR CAN WE OVERLOOK ABDUL RAZAK AND MOHAMED POLO AS MIDFIELD MAESSTROS OF THEIR TIME. AND WHAT ABOUT IBRAHIM SUNDAY, SUCH NAMES SHOULD NOT MISS OUT WHEN WE TALK OF THE TECHNICAL BENCH OF THE BLACK STARS. I WONDER THE CALIBRE AND BACKGROUND OF THOSE NAMES THAT WE HAVE BEEN HEARING AS MEMBERS OF THE TECHNICAL COMMITTEE OF THE STARS. WE ARE NOT SERIOUS YET.
