The technical team is largely to blame. Can you imagine what unfair discrimination, nepotism does to a goal keepers morale?The Technical Team killed his morale and confidence in the way they treated him. If we want to see Adam in his best, we need a total change in the technical team. That Mugu Nasam...what is his CV?

  afful should be replaced with yaw owusu. afful is problematic but not obvious. yaw owusu is more skillful, more ingenious.
  lastly tell me which senior team has oti akenteng ever handled to success to achieve success both at club or national team level? assisted sam adday to use overaged players to win under 17 world cup? you this writer you have always been making vile publicity ofr afful & maxwell - be careful.

Himmm!!!!!! anyway comment is free. I don,t believe in this Konadu is Nyantakyi,s BOY theory. At least since Coach Maxwell was invited to the Black Stars after his successes at Wa All Stars and Kotoko where he won the LEAGUE; Konadu Qualified the Satellites to the world cup in Turkey before the team was handed over to coach Tetteh because Konadu had to assist coach Appiah with the final World Cup Qualification matches. Konadu also WON the WAFU CUP for Ghana. He reached the finals during the most recent CHAN Tournament in South Africa, and he just Qualified the Black Stars for the African Cup to be held in Equatorial Guinea. So SALINSA I Don,t THINK Konadu,s choice as the assistant to coach Grant will be out of place .He has justified himself so far as compared to the other coaches you proposed.I agree with those who suggested that Ghanaian coaches should be sent for real coaching courses abroad. I hear Konadu has been to Germany twice for real coaching lessons. Can,t confirm, he still needs to be sent abroad to gain more experience. The greater part of the problem with Ghana soccer is the power struggle between Nyantakyi and Randy Abbey togather with Fred PAPPOE. The two have ganged up to overthrow Nyantakyi due to personal scores they have with him. It doesn,t have anything to do with the black stars but due to show of POWER. Randy and Pappoe want Nyantakyi out because their party is in power. i,m not a fan of Nyantakyi nor an NPP Member but i think that impasse should be resolved or else they should all be replaced. Our players too have been over hyped and that is from our Journalist who have over rated our players thus creating too much expectation from the fans. Yes we need to take our time and rebuild the Black Stars.

For me, I'd say scrap Fatau Dauda's name from the keepers list; he's not up to the task as he continues to cause serious blunders when he is in charge as goalkeeper.

  Correct for 10 points for this topic.But people in positions in GFA will not take this advice because they can not simple put our beloved country Ghana FIRST before their pockets(corruption is deep in them.)

  I think we were all hoping that Kwarasey would work out but I think that he is a talented guy but he might not quite feel comfortable or confident with being on the Black Stars. It is one of those situations where it just was not a good fit. The entire experience might have hurt his confidence a bit and he is not an aggresive character.

  You cannot demoralize a player and expect him to perform. This is a guy who is being handled by better coaches in Europe. But when he is being call up
  for the BSs, the trainer is asking him "what can he do to help him:". Get rid of all those so call technical staff and you will see the changes in the BSs camp.
