People don't pay their bills in Ghana and that includes the Government itself. Mahama does not want to stop these thieves because he is a thief himself. He only targets individuals, fire them only to be given another position ...

People don't pay their bills in Ghana and that includes the Government itself. Mahama does not want to stop these thieves because he is a thief himself. He only targets individuals, fire them only to be given another position somewhere. I am sure even Vicky Hammer is compensated for being sacked.
