  Now here is a thinking sports minister from south africa. he considers the budget, he considers the resources and concludes rationally that south africa cannot host at the last minute. contrast that with his ghanaian counterpart who without doing any of these analysis opens his big mouth and blurts that ghana is able to host. makes you wonder how anybody is able to think like that. it has not gone to cabinet, it was not in the budget, our stadiums and infrastructure is in decline, and somehow Okudzeto Ablakwa was able to open his mouth to say that ghana can host and that they are going to apply. how does anybody think like that???
