  Mr. Minister, do not just talk like that. Those institutions have been de-funded miserably by our leaders over the years, including your present gov`t. Sports development has not been on your minds but the purchase of presidential jets, 4by4s, suits, shoes and lately cheap poor quality chairs from China, among others. Even teachers in those institutions are not paid their various emoluments and you are here running your black-mouth irresponsibly. How can a car run and travel with no petrol in its tank, Sir?
