2. Skillful Players: for when the game make hard like atwomo, tawhiii. U need skillful players, no fear niggas who can get the ball into the 18 with spectacular dribble, freekicks outside 18. U need more players like gyan,.Dede,.assifuah, yiadom....abedi (komfo, abodam, skillful players) who are willing to push the the envelope and MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!
3. Experience Players: the more experience players, the better your team will be at making it deep into the tournament with a clear head, composure when the going gets tough.
Folks, these are the 3 ingredients every trophy winning team must have to win a trophy. It's easy to.win afcon becos many African teams lack these 3 qualities. Shehata was able to win over and over becos his team always had these qualities...

Well, well. I think the GFA wants to take Konadu because it may be cheaper that way. I'm not against Konadu being appointed, but my fear is that the GFA will like to control him AND the foreign-based players may not respect him.
Apart from the two concerns above, I don't have any problem.

My bet is that they are playing laasi laasi (delay tactics) in order to take Konadu, because that way may be cheaper. I'm not against Konadu, but they will control him well well.

The latter day and pseudo-journalists pressured the FA to sack AA and the replacement is a problem. The ball is in the FA court. Do they know the story of the Roman plebians? This is our own country so we can try as many coaches as we can, at least 3 of them, and if all fail then we know that a foreign coach is good for us. Till then, it is the turn of Konadu and Tetteh. We should try them for at least 2 years. Sacking Kwasi Appiah should not be any cause for alarm. He is not the only coach we have in Ghana.

It was not necessary for Konadu to apply because he was already and is still the coach for the Stars.Obviously, none of the shortlisted coaches don't come near him on my card so Konadu must continue his job.
