To solve this problem the government of Ghana has over the decades made scholarships available for the needed human resource to be trained abroad. In some cases so many people were sent and not even one returned. If you know you are not prepared to work and live in Ghana and would therefore not return do not take the scholarships.

Why do these fools always think we are no good? Appiah was the perfect coach and should be encouraged to continue expanding his experience. Avram is a vampire who only needs the money and fame. It is sad to see how we undermine our abilities to please other from the North. We are great thinkers and it is time to train within and select within to pass on the knowledge to the youth. Ghana sport leaders are full of jokes, they do not have any leadership abilities, please to be a leader is respect others and respect yourself. One question: What if the players loose all games? Will that prove he is good? If they begin to respect the players and treat the like every player in the world not even Avram or whoever will be rewarded. GFA should stop the control over players and better and professional decisions with honesty, that is what you can get people to work without even their knowledge. Now, let me remand all African nations the stupidity of those in charge is the most deadly cost of our innovation.
