There is no motivation for any foreign coach stay in ghana becos the players for the bstars don't even play in ghana. The need of having konadu or a Ghanaian coach as deputy will only be to assist,.shadow and keep an eye on talented players in the local league. What they gfa must do is this. Invest in your local coaches..coaches who showed promise on assignments must be enabled to.Go.overseas and learn! Pont was enabled to assist hitzfeld at swiss. So why can't konadu assist pont? I don't believe in over expensive, high profile coaches. Look at Ericsson, Tardelli, grant.....capello, perreira of brasil. All expensive and highprofile but qualify countries past group stage of world cup. Coaches like pont, kluivert. Are hungry and have deputies under competent coaches. They want to prove themselves. Di matteo was under the same microscope and look he has managed to achieve becos of his hunger? Ghana don't need any high profile, out of prime foreign coaches to.come and chop our cocoa monies. When they were in their prime. They wouldn't even think of coming to africa. Their prime has dipped and now they want to come.to africa!
