CDC has been carrying out research on that even before 1997 but did not take it that serious because not many people had been affected by then.

Many Republicans including their president are calling from flights from West Africa to USA be banned, though Obama disagrees with that.
Morocco has not got the medical emergency technology like the Presby hospital in Texas so why should they allow people from everywhere to come to Morocco to watch soccer?
CAF can go ahead to fine and ban them but I think Morocco should seek their interests first as well meaning governments do. If there is an epidemic, does it mean soccer tournament or even Prez and Parliamentary election should go on?
