To the best of my belief, many countries just appoint coaches following serious and meaningful contacts with them after prescreening their profiles, not waste their time with stupid interviews.

But I VEHEMENTLY believe Sir Sellas Tetteh - A Tournament Coach- can qualify us and do better when it comes to Afcon or W/C.
The man has Fifa U20 W/C title under his bed and besides that many African championship titles as well. What do we want more GFA?

Look now at the horrible names shortlisted,with some of them even withdrawing. With Ghanaians talking too much,especially about players selection,we are only going to bring in someone far below Akwasi Appiah,so that we may even not qualify for the Afcon,let alone the World Cup.But AA,at least,sent us to both tournaments! We shall surely regret to sack our own man AA and very,very soon people,including GHFUO are going to make the U-turn and shout for his return! We had better coaches like konadu, silas tetteh, Atuquayfio etc but no one asked them but picked appiah who has no experience from any team prior.

Loom at appiah world cup results and compare it with all his predecessors. Will you hire a coach like him after such results and drama at the world cup?

Are they in direct contact with the candidates or through third persons or agencies who seem to submit names without informing the principals?
