    Shame on him if it is true. Ghanaian youth are into to much drugs and Ghana is wasting the youth. The police should do something. Drugs making the youth turn to stealing and armed robbery and leaving the path of education.

    It is only allowed for medicinal and prescriptioned use in eight states.Only one state out of the fifty allow recreational use of Marijuana. Don't believe the hype.A drug is a drug and it is bad for your health.
