Unlike some Ghanaian players I know he is a positive influence on the team.He puts the welfare of the team ahead of personal glory.Yes I am referring to Muntari who throw childish tantrums every time he is substituted.

Asamoah,s is lay back all round observant guy and a pretty top world class player... Sulley is hight top quality too . But It ain't about what sulley did does or is doing ... Individualism needs to be comprehended in a team or it would be meaningless to become a team . You respect and try to understand that each individual his is own person and your skills as a manager is to master mind a way to gel that individual into a unit inspite of his special characteristics .... Any player has is , non of the black star players ever criticized sulley . Sulley unlike many isn't a let it go person and God will take care of it . It doesn't work that way anyway in the real world. And maybe just maybe if most Ghanaians will stand up for what's right regardless of how others see it , just may be the nation would have been in a better place economically and socially .
