"On the second game against Japan, Nyantakyi explained that the GFA asked the GNPC to fund the cost of the friendly because the negotiated money with the match agent was less than the cost involved in playing the match and secondly, the money from the agent was to arrive only after the game had been played"
Now, did the GFA refund or were they going to make any refund to the GNPC when the money eventually arrived from the agent?
If not, then that would mean double payment.

Fifa has a protocol on how it funds every friendly, the costs involved, time to disburse monies etc. So why did fifa fail to fund or provide adequate funds to cover the japan or even turkey games u speak of? So why is he rubbishing claims of engaging in double-dipping from the
GNPC? And why would this issue even come up,if this money-grabbing scheme had not taken place in the past?
And true,it appears only the GFA boss has a complete picture about what goes on within that dysfunctional and disjointed organization;and for 'good' reason!

This GNPC is under Ministry of Energy and they are disbursing the country's fund only on GFA and the Black Stars. They are very much to blame for funding the corruption in the FA. Please GNPC is not a private company.
