  Pay the players earlier to avoid reoccurances.Never wait and airlift the money at extra cost.

  Of course how can the mamangement who didn't want to give the money to the players but pocket them be behind their demand for the money they deserved. This is no brainer and the committee should start asking the right questions instead of dodging the bullet and making a drama out of the process to find the right answers and culprits.
